Seeker of the Rare is a special individual, he only seems to be after rare items in Kokaro.

Note: Giving an item to the Seeker of the Rare will also give you a quest point which is the highest weighted statistic in the leaderboard besides badge count.

Note: After giving the Seeker of the Rare an item, he will immediately be looking for another item. Wow... greedy!

Note: Rarity of the item returned directly effects the reward.
