Could somebody transmogrify already?
Blur artifact -> invulnerability artifact -> invulnerability

Didnt work for me.  It would be nice to have a new seeker of the rare.  Maybe it should change or have a recall option like the marketplace.

At least it should change or the odds increase that someone will find it the longer it stays the same. 

I think we are in kind of a lull with not many people playing right now.
