I've got over 900 quests completed. I feel like that should be weighed a bit more heavily against these newbies with their millions of gold.

Hahaha Grover, I've been bitching at him for months about that.

The argument is that with gold being weighted so heavily there's never any reason to do anything else on the site. You never need to buy items or hand in sets or try to enchant things because it's not worth it. With that, gold should be rendered almost useless to encourage people to spend it to obtain medallions and complete quests that are actually worth something.

New tweaks have been put in, although the automatic process that changes it up a bit every month might do some shifting as well.
